General Job Description:
Assist in conducting customer training classes in our corporate training facility located in Carmel, Indiana.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct preparation for training classes, including assembly and preparation of training manuals, courtesy materials, handouts, and training scenarios in the Harvest LIS.
- Assist in transporting customers between Orchard's training facility and hotel accommodations and to customer dinners throughout a training week.
- Assist in maintaining training room equipment, including hardware, software applications, pre-class setup, and post-class tear down.
- Assist in conducting training classes by working with the lead instructor to address customer questions during lecture and laboratory portions of the training class.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
Candidate must be certified as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician. Proven teaching and problem solving experience and some information systems aptitude are a plus. Should be capable of multi-tasking and working with a variety of people. Strong computer skills are required, with experience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
