Rob Bush, PresidentAs President of Orchard Software, Rob Bush participates in sales, product definition, and support issues. Prior to founding Orchard Software, Rob was the President of a medical billing software company. He began his career as a Financial Analyst for Eli Lilly and Co. monitoring foreign affiliate activity. Rob majored in Physics and Finance, first at the University of Colorado and then at Indiana University. He received his MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. |

Jeffrey Kain, Executive Vice PresidentJeffrey Kain, Executive Vice President, is a cofounder of Orchard Software Corporation and leads the company's software development group. Jeff is the original author of Orchard Harvest LIS, Orchard's award-winning laboratory information system. He maintains an active role in its ongoing engineering and development in addition to overseeing the activities of the entire software development group. Prior to founding Orchard Software, Jeffrey was the Director of Technical Support for a medical billing software company in Indianapolis, Indiana. Jeffrey received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Indiana University. |

Curt Johnson, Vice President of Sales and MarketingIn his role as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Curt Johnson oversees the national sales force, as well as the entire Marketing department, including sales support. Before joining Orchard Software, Curt was a Clinical Chemistry Specialist for Abbott Laboratories Diagnostic Division. Curt received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Sales in
1988 from the University of Akron in Ohio. |

Norris Groves, Vice President of Finance and CFONorris Groves is the Vice President of Finance and CFO with duties in administration, finance, and human resources. Norris began working at Orchard as the Controller, overseeing the Accounting staff and assuring regulatory compliance relating to income tax, sales tax, and other tax matters. Before coming to Orchard, Norris worked as the Executive Vice President of Purdue Federal Credit Union, and he was the President of GAAP Management Accounting, PC. Norris received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ball State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and Certified Financial Manager. |

Henry Oglesby, Vice President of OperationsHenry Oglesby serves as the Vice President of Operations, where he is in charge of the installation and support organization for all of Orchard Software's products. Prior to coming to Orchard, Henry worked at the American Monitor Corporation for ten years in a variety of roles in support, development, and regulatory affairs. Henry received his Bachelor of Science in Education from Indiana University. In addition, Henry is a Microsoft MCP and has extensive experience in a variety of operating systems. |
