Susan is responsible for assisting current customers in the process of purchasing training or additional items for their Orchard systems, such as our modules and systems (Orchard Pathology, microbiology, and Harvest Webstation); interfaces (instrument, HL7, and reference laboratory); and hardware (computers, label printers, servers, bar code scanners, etc.).
Based in Indiana, Susan’s territory includes: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Susan joined Orchard Software in January 2005.
