Tim helps prospective customers through the information gathering portion of the sales process. He works with customers to determine their needs and provides them with the necessary information about Orchard Software and its laboratory information systems.
Once Tim and a customer determine Orchard is a possible solution for the facility, he introduces the customer to the appropriate Orchard Regional Sales Representative to schedule a demonstration of the software.
Based in Indiana, Tim’s territory includes: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Tim joined Orchard Software in January 2009.
