Administrative Reports & Logs

Using a flexible and comprehensive menu of administrative reports, Orchard Harvest LIS is your single source for the information and data you need to monitor workflow and increase productivity.

Supervisory reports are easily formatted for the data mining needed by laboratory management. There's no need to turn to you IT department to run statistical reports. Harvest LIS' Result Browser makes it easy to retrieve testing productivity statistics on your own, and Orchard's standard reports compile and present the data in a meaningful way.

  Reimbursement Problem Report: This report is a list, for any given date range, of the order choices, sorted by provider name, for which there may be difficulties in receiving payments.

  Turnaround Time Report: This report displays the time it takes for orders to be processed from the time a sample is drawn to the time the results are delivered. Multiple target values can be tracked. In addition, an Overdue Order Choice Report can be run displaying all order choices that are not currentlyl approved and exceed the target turnaround time. This report further defines problem turnaround times.

  Quality Control with Levey-Jennings: QC files can be reviewed using a Levey-Jennings graph. These color coded graphs can be printed along with all QC file data. In addition, QC reports can be printed showing one level of QC or multiple levels.

  Order Choice Utilization Report: A summary that calculates the total of each order choice ordered by providers over a definable period of time. In addition, a Test Utilization Report can be run that further breaks down the information to show a summary of test usage.

  Completion Report: This report is a list showing information for each patient with a completed (approved) order within the selected date range.

  Rule Usage Report: This report displays a count of the result evaluation rules that have been triggered for order choices within a selected date range.

  Collection List Report: This report shows which collections need to be performed as specified by the start or end date and the type of order.

  Auto Approval Report: This report shows the order choices approved either manually or automatically within a selected date range.

  Recurring Order Report: This report shows a list of open standing orders that have the next scheduled date within the selected date range.

  User Actions Log: This list documents major user actions, such as viewing patient records and signing in and out of the system.

 

  Rejected Orders Log: This lists all the order choices that have been rejected, complete with required documentation for reason rejected, within a user-defined date range.

  Result Delivery Log: This log shows how patient reports were delivered, including the date and time the report was sent, the type of report that was sent, and the origin or window in Harvest LIS from which the report was sent. The Result Delivery Log will track personnel reviewing web-delivered results, as well as the date/time of review.

  Modified Result Log: This log displays each time patient results are edited, patient records are merged, patients are deleted, and patient IDs are changed.

  Quality Control Log: The Quality Control Log is a function that can accessed within Harvest LIS. After selecting a date range, QC data, including Westgard analysis information, is displayed. Once displayed, the information can be exported and opened as a regular text file.

  Change Log: Any changes made to patient records and orders, as well as changes made to the Locations, Personnel, Order Choices, Lab Tests, and Formulas tables can be viewed from within the Change Log.. The log shows the type of change made, the date and time of the change, who made the change, and a description of what was changed.

  Comments Log: The Comments Log can displya any text comments that were entered into the system within a given date range. This log can display patient, case, specimen, and result commments. Once the data is displayed, the log can be printed or exported as a text file.

  Supply Management: The Supply Management window allows you to enter information on new lots of reagents and other laboratory supplies, including the lot number; quantity; and dates received, opened, closed, and expired. You can print total inventory, low quantity, and near-to-expiration reports. Consolidate your inventory records, eliminate paper, and save time.

  Billing Summary Report: This is a summary of all patient orders placed in the system for the selected date range.
