Enhance the value of your laboratory to providers with Orchard’s customizable reporting options, which allow you to communicate results in a timely and sophisticated manner. Upon approval in the lab, reports can be printed, faxed, emailed, web-delivered, or sent to a host system to meet providers’ individual needs.
Automate Result Delivery to Provider Preferences
Orchard’s rules-based result delivery technology and print, fax, email, and Internet reporting options
give you the flexibility to set up auto-delivered reports and courtesy copies to single or multiple providers in the format each one prefers. Upon approval of results, auto-delivery rules immediately trigger remote delivery of printed reports, saving the time of manual delivery. You may create global schedules for automatic result delivery, as well as printer-specific schedules that will override the global schedules, if required. Use the Result Delivery Log to verify or track report deliveries, eliminating
manual confirmation of receipt.
Access Results via the Internet
By adding Orchard Harvest Webstation or Orchard Copia (refer to the Web-based Outreach tab in this folder for additional information) to the Harvest LIS system, providers can retrieve and review results at their convenience from any web-enabled PC.
Enhance Reports with Graphics
Harvest LIS offers easy-to-format reports that include single-sample, historical, or cumulative reports. Incorporate color graphs to visually document result trends, highlight abnormal and critical values, and enhance patient education. Depending on your report settings, you can also include age- and gender-based reference ranges, as well as patient, order, or individual test-level comments.
