Orchard’s first symposium will be held in Portland, Oregon, on Wednesday, September 13, 2006, at the Doubletree Hotel & Executive Meeting Center Portland-Lloyd Center. This day-long symposium is designed for users and prospective users alike, providing each with an opportunity to learn more in-depth information about Orchard Software and Orchard Harvest™ LIS. The symposium will also offer you an opportunity to meet Orchard employees and other Harvest LIS users.

We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity and ask that you complete the online registration form if you plan on attending.
If more than one person from your facility is attending, please complete this form for each attendee, so we can properly gauge the materials and meeting space needed for each session.
There is no fee to attend the symposium, and a complimentary continental breakfast and lunch will be provided by Orchard. Your only cost to attend would be travel, hotel, and other meals as needed.
Space is limited; we encourage you to register as soon as possible!
Additional Information
For your convenience and to help minimize your cost, we have negotiated a block of rooms at a reduced rate of $109 per night at the Doubletree Hotel & Executive Meeting Center Portland-Lloyd Center. Reserve your room by calling the hotel at (800) 996-0510, and ask for the “Orchard Software Room Block” to receive the reduced $109 room rate. You must reserve your room before August 13, 2006, to receive the special rate.
If you are flying into Portland, there is MAX light rail access to and from airport.
