Instructions to Download the Player

1. Click the link to access the page where you may download the player: www.webex.com/downloadplayer.html.
2. Click the ".ARF Player" button.
3. Click the "Save" button (in Internet Explorer) or "Save File" button (in Firefox), and save the "nbr2player.msi" file to a location on your computer.
4. Go to the location where you saved the "nbr2player.msi" file on your computer, and double-click it to run the setup program.
5. Once you have installed the Network Recording Player, you may view the webinar!

Instructions to Download the Presentation

1. Click the link to view or download the webinar presentation.
2. Click the "Run" button (in Internet Explorer) or "Open" button (in Firefox) to view the webinar immediately.
3. Click the "Save" button (in Internet Explorer) or "Save File" button (in Firefox) to save the webinar file to your computer, where you may view the webinar at a later time.
