For the 2020 KLAS award, Orchard scored an “A” in the areas of loyalty (e.g., Would you purchase this product again?) and operations (e.g., quality of training, ease of use). In addition, Orchard scored an “A-” in culture (e.g., proactive service) and products (e.g., quality, functionality, new technology). Orchard also scored well in the areas of relationship and value, earning a “B.”
