In February 2020, Orchard Software Corporation was selected for the 2020 Best of Carmel Award in the Computer Software category by the Carmel Award Program.
Each year, the Carmel Award Program identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. These exceptional companies help make the Carmel area a great place to live, work, and play.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2020 Carmel Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the Carmel Award Program and data provided by third parties.
Billie Whitehurst, Orchard’s new CEO, states, “Orchard has been a corporate member of the Carmel business community for over 25 years. Founded in 1993 by Rob Bush and his father, Rob and his employees grew Orchard to be a leader in Laboratory Information Systems. Throughout the years, Orchard has utilized the services of many other businesses within the Carmel community and we are proud winners of this award as since our founding, Orchard has called Carmel home.”
The Carmel Award Program is an annual awards program honoring the achievements and accomplishments of local businesses throughout the Carmel area.
