Presented by:
Jean Ball, MBA, MT(HHS), MLT(ASCP); Jean Hood, MBA, BS, MT(AMT) |
Laboratory management used to be about making sure policies and procedures were current and updated, technical processes provided accurate results, and personnel performed testing correctly. Well, not anymore!
Every laboratory needs a quality management system (QMS) that can pull the troubled lab out of problems and elevate a good lab to greatness. Learn what every laboratory needs to know to evolve and maximize their existing QMSs to deliver greater value to patients, the laboratory, and the organization.
Learning Objectives:
This basic level complimentary webinar is produced by Whitehat Communications. Whitehat Communications is approved as a provider of continuing education programs in the clinical laboratory sciences by the ASCLS P.A.C.E.® Program.
