Shawn Russell has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology and started his career as a Network Administrator at Estrella Foothills High School. In 2012 Shawn joined Orchard Software, initially in the call center as a Tier I technician where he gained deep knowledge of Orchard’s products; and currently as Manager of Technical Support, focused on bringing new tools and enhancements to Orchard’s call center. Shawn enjoys coaching girl’s basketball and spending time with his family.
