Orchard’s technical support is available via telephone, online, or email 24/7/365. During business hours, ~98% of all opened tickets are responded to within two hours. During off hours, ~98% are responded to within four hours.

Your Orchard Resource Central (ORC) account is a great resource for technical product documentation and release notes. With a subscription to our training for end users, you can also access the Orchard eLearning library.
