Training is crucial in healthcare. While some training sessions are better than others, they can always be improved. This webinar will present information gathered from teaching experts to provide guidance on educating adults in large groups or one on one. We will also cover several techniques on how to make your training program efficient and effective. By implementing these techniques, participants will feel more comfortable and confident training end users.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn basic strategies for teaching one on one and large groups
  • Discuss how to apply those strategies to training/competency programs
  • Assess how to measure if your teaching is effective

This basic-level, complimentary webinar is produced by Whitehat Communications. Whitehat Communications is approved as a provider of continuing education programs in the clinical laboratory sciences by the ASCLS P.A.C.E.® Program.
