Customer Feedback on User Training
“I highly recommend the [Harvest Advanced User] class even if you have gone to one in the past. Each user has set up Harvest in their own unique manner and you learn so much talking to other users and the knowledgeable Orchard staff. Each Harvest version contains so many enhancements and this is the best way to learn about them and see new ways of using Harvest. A very definite plus: Orchard treats its customers better than any other vendor I have worked with! They always manage to surprise me by giving me more than I expected. Keep up the good work.” — Carol Schreck, LIS Director, ITxM Diagnostics |
