As we approach the end of a year like no other, we want to take a moment to thank all of you—our clients and partners—for the role you play, and will continue to play, in making healthcare safer, more efficient, and more accessible for all. When we look back at 2020, we will be able to say with certainty that our industry moved swiftly and creatively to respond to new requirements, and literally overnight, put the infrastructure in place to support critical, live-saving, new testing methodologies—and all of that was on top of your day jobs! A silver lining of 2020 is the spotlight that has been shown on the vital role that laboratory testing and analytics play in patient-centered care and the efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare market. While this has always been clear to our industry, the pandemic has brought a deeper level of understanding around the value and impact of clinical laboratory testing and data analytics.
Our goal at Orchard is to continue to help our customers in every way that we can, by continuing to support and improve our products, and add new products and services that aid laboratories in their mission. For example, we are offering Cloud Services, connectivity for rapid POC testing, and are working to provide remote implementations with customer safety in mind. We are proud to work with heroes who put themselves in the path of this virus to save patient lives during this unprecedented pandemic. We appreciate the sacrifices you make every day, especially during this pandemic. Your dedication, commitment, and courage deserve our deepest gratitude and admiration.
